How long does delivery take?

We aim to get your Luxury Cosy Shed delivered and installed within 3 - 12 weeks of confirming your order, depending upon the time of year. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Do I need to paint the shed myself?

With most of our Luxury Cosy Sheds, the cladding comes pre-painted, so you just need to maintain this opaque paint finish. With tanalised weatherboard cladding used on the Traditional design choose a wood fencing paint for rough sawn timber or an oil preserve for a natural effect. Don’t worry though, the doors and windows come pre-painted and just need to be maintained. Here are some great products to use:-

What roofing options are available?

Top it off your way - with cedar shingles for natural warmth, slate-effect tiles for timeless appeal, or felt shingles for a smart, practical finish. All three are built to last and look great while doing it.

Is assembly included?

Definitely - our team handles both delivery and full assembly, so there's no need to lift a finger. All that’s left is deciding how you’ll use your new shed!

What maintenance does my Luxury Cosy Shed require?

We’ll talk you through our maintenance advice once your shed is assembled, and we’re always here if you need help. In the meantime, here are our top three tips for keeping your Cosy Shed in great shape:

  1. It’s all about the base: Repaint or reseal at least the bottom 450mm of cladding every year. This is the most vulnerable area due to rainwater splashback and ground moisture.
  2. Staying On Top of roof care: Check the roof annually for wear and tear, and keep gutters and roof surfaces clear of leaves, debris, or low-hanging branches.
  3. Let it breathe: Ensure good airflow inside the shed to help prevent condensation, especially as our climate shifts between cold/damp and warm/dry.

Can I customise my shed?

You bet. Get inspiration from our Bespoke page. Here’s a starter:-

  1. Think “outside the shed” and request a size in between our standard offerings.
  2. Mash Up and swap out door and window configurations across different designs. 
  3. Go big! An 8’ gable unlocks the option of a double door set!
  4. Let there be light! You can have as many windows as will fit!

Totally! Our Luxury Cosy Sheds boast robust construction methods and materials and brave the elements across the UK from installations in the Scottish Highlands, Snowdonia, The Pennines and The Lake District, through the Yorkshire and Derbyshire Dales to bucketloads of coastal beauty spots around the country. 

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes! You can choose to pay through KLARNA instalments when you order online or secure your shed with a deposit through our quote process and pay the balance upon assembly.
